Google Earth Flight Simulator

Did you know that the latest release of Google Earth is also a flight simulator?
Neither did I. Read this page to find out more about the flight sim. I for one will take the plane flying from Trondheim to Narvik and Skjomen. You can choose between a F16 and a SR22 propeller aircraft.
This page contains Flight Simulator keyboard controls. You can alos use a joystick if you have one.

Google Sketchup for free – gratis and ready for download

Google aquired @Last Software, the producer of the simple and powerfull CAD/Design-application Sketchup some months ago. There have been speculation of what Google wanted to do wit the aplication. Now the free version of Sketchup has been released. With Skethcup for personal use it will be simple to design kitchens, gardens, etc. It can also be used to design 3-D models for use in Googles popular Google earth program.

Google kjøper SketchUp

Google lanserer nyheter og kjøper opp selskaper i et rasende tempo. I går kom enda et oppkjøp.
Denne gangen har Google kjøpt oppstartselskapet Last Software og
deres 3D-tegneprogram SketchUp. Programmet lar arkitekter og andre
gjøre kjappe skisser, det er ikke noe fullt konstruksjonsprogram.
